a) Where is Swarovski from?
Swarovski is an Austrian company that has always been at the top of the Jewelry industry. The quality of their crystals is breathtaking. We only use 100% Authentic Swarovski Crystals.
b) Where is your silver from?
We only use Peruvian silver because it's quality is from another world. We hand select the best necklaces to go with every pendant.
b) Is your manufacturing process automatized?
Despite the volume of sales we get, the entire manufacturing process is handmade. Two ladies work in this area and only they are allowed to touch the precious jewelry we make. They are perfectionist experts.
c) Is your shipping Really Free for all countries?
Absolutely. We don't charge no matter were you are located. We carefully package each Jewelry so there's never any risk of damaging. We take 1 business day to ship and the Jewelry wont take longer than 12business days to arrive to your hands.
d) What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal for regular orders. For over two jewelries we accept also Western Union Money transfers.

e) I have seen "Joyeria" or "crystal" on the photos, what do they mean?
Joyeria means Jewelry and Crystal is related to the Swarovski Crystals we use. In some of the photos we have printed those words because of copyright infrigements we were having.
